Sometimes Networker Management Console software seem to be not functioning well.
I could start the application but could not mount/unmout, label, inventory the tapes on a tape drive.
Error message is "nsrlcpd is not running for this jukebox". And sometimes library gets disabled.
Scheduled backup is not running also.
This problem occurred intermittently, but I don't know the cause.
On a physical library, manually mounting or unmounting of tapes are fine.
Rebooting the library and server may not fix the issue. but sometimes it does.
These are the steps I made to resolve the issue.

- Shutdown library
- Close Networker Management Console and shutdown server
- Start library
- Once library is up, start networker server
- On a networker server, open services.msc and start these services: Network Backup & recovery, EMC GST Service, Networker Remote Exec. Service
- Start Networker Management Console and check if you could able to mount or inventory
- If error still appear, restart Networker Remote Exec. Service service again.
- Open the Networker Management console again as it will close automatically after service is restarted.
- After performing above procedure, My networker is now working.
